RKTRACK Data Deletion Request

RKTRACK users can request deletion of account data, vehicle access data, and related mobile app information managed by R&K Technology GPS Co.,Ltd.

How to Request Deletion

1. Email simbianbn@gmail.com with the subject "RKTRACK Data Deletion Request".
2. Include your username, company or account name, phone number, and the vehicle or device identifiers related to your request.
3. R&K Technology GPS Co.,Ltd. will verify account ownership before deleting or anonymizing data.

Data That May Be Deleted

• Mobile app account information such as username, display name, email, phone number, and account permissions.
• Vehicle access assignments, sub-user access, driver records, POI settings, Telegram alert settings, and notification preferences.
• Mobile push notification tokens and app session data.

Data That May Be Retained

Some operational, security, billing, support, or legal records may be retained when required to provide the GPS service, protect account security, resolve disputes, or comply with law. Retained data is kept only as long as necessary for those purposes.
