RKTRACK is a GPS fleet tracking application for customers of R&K Tracking. This policy explains what information the app uses and how it is handled.
Information We Use
- Account information such as username, display name, email, phone number, and account permissions.
- Vehicle and GPS information such as vehicle name, IMEI/device identifier, location, speed, status, route history, POI alerts, and related fleet settings.
- Security information required for login, Google Authenticator verification, and command authorization.
- Device information needed to provide mobile app functions such as push notifications.
How We Use Information
- To show realtime vehicle locations, history, alerts, POI events, and fleet status.
- To manage user accounts, sub-users, drivers, vehicles, Telegram alerts, and app settings.
- To protect access to sensitive actions such as vehicle stop commands and account changes.
- To provide support, troubleshoot problems, and improve service reliability.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers required to operate the system, such as hosting, map, notification, and messaging services. Data may also be disclosed when required by law.
Data Retention
Data is retained while the account or service is active and as needed for operational, legal, security, and support purposes.
